Job Summary
Position Title:Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Pay Rate:$41 $46 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech language voice and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve articulation fluency voice language development and swallowing function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams families and caregivers to support optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and reports in compliance with state and organizational standards.
- Educate patients families and staff on communication strategies and techniques.
- Stay informed on current best practices and advances within the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP License(required).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of2 years of professional experienceas a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience in school clinical or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
