Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue. Forecasting demand using historical data market trends and events Dynamic pricing by adjusting rates in real-time to maximise occupancy and revenue Managing distribution channels (OTAs direct booking wholesalers) to ensure profitability across all Analysing booking patterns pace reports and pickup trends Competitor benchmarking to ensure rate positioning is competitive Revenue reporting and identifying gaps or opportunities in performance Cross-functional collaboration with sales marketing and operations to align goals Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make data-driven decisions. Monitor and forecast revenue performance identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales marketing and finance departments to align revenue goals. Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management. Manage inventory and availability to optimize sales across various channels. Evaluate and adjust promotional activities to ensure maximum profitability. Conduct regular audits of revenue systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Implement revenue management software and tools to streamline processes. Train and mentor junior revenue staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field. Proven experience in a revenue management role preferably in the same industry. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management (Hotel Experience) Strong leadership and team management skills.
The salary range is between 4500 and 5500 SAR. The company will provide housing transportation and meals in addition to 30 days of annual vacation
