Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist (Allied)
Location: Olympia WA 98506
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract with possible extension)
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts MondayFriday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $2230 Weekly Gross
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a high-performing outpatient rehabilitation team in Olympia WA. This role offers a supportive and collaborative environment focused on helping patients restore function reduce pain and improve mobility through evidence-based therapeutic care.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs for patients requiring physical therapy.
Deliver hands-on patient care and monitor progress throughout treatment.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Requirements:
Active Washington State Physical Therapist License (or eligibility prior to start date).
Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication organizational and clinical reasoning skills.
