As a Quality Assurance Manager you will play a key role in driving hospital quality initiatives ensuring regulatory compliance and improving patient outcomes through strategic performance improvement leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee hospital quality assurance programs and performance metrics.
Lead accreditation and regulatory survey readiness (e.g. Joint Commission CMS).
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
Analyze clinical and operational data to identify performance enhancement opportunities.
Support education staff training and compliance initiatives related to quality standards.
Qualifications:
Active RN license or strong healthcare quality / patient safety background.
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in quality regulatory or performance improvement.
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred (e.g. Nursing Healthcare Administration Quality).
Strong knowledge of accrediting/regulatory standards and quality methodologies strongly preferred.
