Berkley Luxury Group is seeking an Underwriting Intern to join their team during Summer 2026. This role will be located in our Parsippany NJ office.

Under the direction of the Chief Underwriting Officer this position will gain an in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry. The Intern will receive on the job training and given the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments.

• Develop an understanding of the insurance industry from multiple facets
• Achieve a proficiency in the technical and professional skills/knowledge of the assigned position (on the job training)
• Collaborate on projects as assigned and the opportunity to develop an understanding of the insurance industry
• Other duties that will support business strategies

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
• Knowledgeable and proficient with the Microsoft Professional products in addition to Internet search capabilities
• Previous customer service work experience a plus
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Your communication style is flexible to the situation. You communicate clearly and with a purpose
