About the Role

Were seeking a Bridgeworker Team Leader to join our Regional Assets Team based at our Redlynch depot.

Reporting to the Structures Maintenance Supervisor youll lead a small team responsible for maintaining bridges culverts and other key infrastructure. Youll play a vital role in planning resourcing and delivering safe timely and high-quality maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Oversee servicing and preventative maintenance of plant and equipment
• Support tradespeople with mechanical maintenance tasks
• Manage administrative duties and maintain accurate records

About You

• Strong knowledge of bridge and structural maintenance standards systems and costs
• Proven leadership and people management skills with effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Competent in Queensland Rail systems and applications (e.g. SAP R3 MS Office IQMS)
• Committed to Queensland Rails values and behaviours
