Job Summary
This is a technical leadership role for individuals who thrive in architecting solutions driving engineering best practices and mentoring high-performance teams with a strong level of customer focus and attention to are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who can collaborate with testing teams product owners platform teams & business stakeholders from different regions to align on priorities and delivery plans. An excellent team player with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
- 10 years of core development experience in automating web-based & SAP applications with 3 years in technical leadership or architect role
- Solid experience with Architecting Worksoft Test Automation & Architecture
- Proficient in refactoring automation building testable and modular code and build infrastructure
- Worked on integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems. Good understanding of EDI IDOC standards
- Expertise in supply chain operations processes i.e. Knowledge of SAP SD/MM (i.e. Order to cash logistics etc.). Exposure to S4 journey is a plus
- Integrating Worksoft Certify with other tools like Selenium SolMan HP ALM etc. using APIs.
- Handson experience with good knowledge of CI/CD concepts
- Familiarity with other tools like Selenium Rest Assured and programming languages like Java & Python will be nice to have
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships collaborate with and influence multi-functional teams within your area of responsibility
- High level of professionalism energy and sense of urgency to make things happen
- Preferred certifications in Worksoft or other test automation tools and frameworks
- BE / BTech pref in CSE or IT from a premier school
