Job Summary

Join a leading groundworks and concrete frame contractor as a Concrete Pump Driver supporting high-quality delivery across fast-paced construction projects. Were looking for experienced safety-conscious drivers who can operate concrete pumps efficiently and ensure smooth timely pours on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and drive concrete pump truck to site locations in line with schedule and project requirements
Set up operate and maintain boom and/or line pumps to ensure safe and efficient concrete placement
Perform pre-start checks routine maintenance and cleaning of pump equipment
Work closely with site teams including engineers foremen and concrete gangs to coordinate pours
Adhere to all site safety procedures ensuring pumping operations comply with company and HSE standards
Identify and report any issues or faults with equipment promptly
Assist with hose and pipeline setup/breakdown as required
Represent the company professionally with clients subcontractors and the public

Requirements:

Full valid UK driving licence with appropriate category (e.g. Class 2/C if HGV)
Proven experience operating concrete pumps (boom and/or line)
CSCS card (essential)
Concrete Pump Operator ticket (e.g. CPCS or equivalent preferred)
Knowledge of pump maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong focus on health & safety and safe working practices
Physically fit and able to lift/handle pumping equipment
Reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours when required

Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively on site
Willingness to travel between sites as needed
Commitment to maintaining equipment to high standard
