En tant quélectromécanicien(ne) vous jouerez un rôle clé dans lentretien et lamélioration des systèmes mécaniques électriques et automatisés de notre installation. Vous travaillerez directement avec léquipement de production résoudrez des problèmes et contribuerez à une exploitation sécuritaire et efficace. Cest une excellente opportunité pour une personne qui aime résoudre des problèmes travailler de ses mains et faire partie dune équipe qui nourrit les communautés à travers le Canada.
Exigences
- Doit être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada
- Doit avoir 18 ans ou plus
- D.E.P. en électromécanique ou en mécanique industrielle (ou équivalent québécois)
- Minimum de 2 ans dexpérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
- À laise avec les tâches physiques : soulever (jusquà 50 lb) grimper sagenouiller rester debout pendant de longues périodes
- Capacité à travailler en hauteur et flexibilité pour faire des heures supplémentaires les fins de semaine ou les jours fériés avec préavis
- Connaissances de base en informatique pour la documentation de maintenance
Responsabilités
- Effectuer la maintenance préventive et répondre aux problèmes déquipement pour assurer la continuité de la production
- Diagnostiquer réparer et optimiser les systèmes mécaniques et électriques
- Soutenir le démarrage de la production le matin et sassurer que léquipement est prêt
- Réaliser des tâches de fabrication de soudure et de modification au besoin
- Participer aux projets damélioration et de mise à niveau des équipements
- Maintenir un atelier et un environnement dusine propres et organisés
- Respecter les normes de sécurité alimentaire et de sécurité au travail
Qualifications Souhaitées
- Certificat de raccordement déquipement
- Expérience en soudure T.I.G.
- Familiarité avec les équipements détiquetage (Bizerba) et demballage (Omori Ulma)
- Connaissance des normes HACCP et de lindustrie alimentaire
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail déquipe
- Autonomie et approche axée sur la sécurité

What You Need
- Must be currently legal to work in Canada
- Must be 18 years or older
- D.E.P. in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics (or Quebec equivalent)
- Minimum2 years of experiencein an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting (up to 50 lbs) climbing kneeling standing for long periods
- Ability to work at heights and flexible to work overtime weekends or holidays with notice
- Basicsoftware knowledgefor maintenance documentation
What You Will Do
- Performpreventive maintenanceand respond to equipment issues to keep production on track
- Troubleshoot repair and optimizemechanical and electrical systems
- Supportmorning production startupand ensure equipment is ready to go
- Carry outfabrication welding and modificationtasks as needed
- Participate inequipment upgrades and improvement projects
- Maintain a clean and organizedworkshop and plant environment
- Followfood safety and workplace safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate in equipment connection
- Experience withT.I.G. welding
- Familiarity withlabeling (Bizerba)andpackaging equipment (Omori Ulma)
- Knowledge ofHACCPand food industry standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-starter with a safety-first mindset
