We are hiring a Strategic Alliances Associate Director to act as the principal liaison between our Company and its strategic manufacturing partners. The successful candidate will possess a broad crossfunctional perspective demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority and proven expertise in endtoend contract lifecycle management.
This role is based in a global matrixed environment and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities and external contract partners we create an interdependent global manufacturing network dedicated to deliver a compliant reliable supply to customers and patients on time every time across the globe.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for key strategic external alliances in Brazil within the manufacturing organization.

  • Handle onboarding of new alliances and lead post-deal and day-to-day alliance activities to shape and achieve strategic objectives of the alliance.

  • Establish clear communication lines across the partnership anticipating and resolving potential issues negotiating ancillary agreements and amendments and overall ensuring the highest quality relationship possible.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the company pull in subject-matter experts when needed and successfully lead the partnership through the life of the alliance including strategic shifts and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

  • Fluent Portuguese language skills;

  • Advanced English language skills;

  • Prior experience in contract management essential

  • Prior experience with PDP is a relevant differentiator

  • Experience with increasing responsibility in Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain Management Quality Science and Technology Global Procurement External Manufacturing Lean - Six Sigma and/or related business areas;

  • Experience leading cross functional teams is essential;

  • Previous third party commercial experience is strongly desired;

  • Knowledge of the manufacturing organization and leadership collaboration and communication skills;

  • Candidate must be accomplishment oriented possess a business owner mentality possess the ability to influence without authority and demonstrate the ability to effectively operate in an ambiguous/changing environment;

  • Availability to work based in São Paulo/SP.
