Job Overview:

We are searching for an SAP Technology Principal Consultant with 10 years of experience in SAP Integrations (SAP Cloud Integration CI Data Services PI/PO) and Java Application Development. The successful candidate will have a unique combination of Integration Suite technical competence along with strong experience in SuccessFactors Payroll and ABAP Development.

Requirements

Technical skills:

  • SAP Cloud: SAP BTP SAP Cloud Integration (Neo/Cloud Foundry) SAP CPI - DS Cloud Connector SAP Open Connector SAP Cockpit
  • SAP: SAP PI 7.0 SAP PI 7.1 NW PO 7.31/7.4/7.5 (AEX/SAP BPM) ECC
  • Languages: Java Groovy ABAPOO ASP C C Java Scripts VB ScriptsXML XML XSLT WSDL SOAP BPEL4WS BPMN
  • Web Technologies: JavaScript CSS HTML XML SAX/DOM
  • RDBMS: Oracle SQL Server MySQL
  • Tools: TOAD SoapUI MySQL GUI
  • IDE s: NetWeaver Developer Studio Eclipse Intellij
  • Demonstrated command of programming languages: C and/or other 4GL languages with Object Oriented programming concepts.
  • Knowledge of front-end languages: HTML CSS JavaScript
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python Shell or Bash.
  • Understanding of cloud services and platforms such as AWS Google Cloud or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Database technologies Data Modelling preferably on HANA
  • Understanding of network protocols database schema and software development life cycle.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like GitHub CI/CD Docker Kubernetes Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Responsibilities:

    • Architect Design and Deliver Point-to-Point integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll for data replication. Including BADI development.
    • Architect Design and deliver BIB integration for SF to on premise SAP payroll including BADI development.
    • Design develop and implement custom APIs in Employee Central or S4HANA to deploy to SAP BTP Integration Suite
    • Design develop deliver and implement custom RICEF objects for Employee Central Payroll and S4HANA HCM.
    • Mentor resources in the reliable design development and implementation of ABAP ECP leading practices. Provide real world examples of reliable ABAP artifacts. Establish data quality controls and enforce quality assurance of ABAP developed artifacts.
    • Design develop and deliver SAP ECP Posting to Accounting process including ALE/IDOC to separate SAP Finance instance.
    • Design develop and implement custom ECP payroll functions
    • Ability to Architect a carve out of employees from any SAP HCM system. Design develop and implement artifacts to achieve a carve out.
    • Design develop and deliver Data Migration process for SAP ECP and S4HANA HCM
    • Maintaining a sound SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI production environment.
    • SAP BTP configuration including Environment Instance Role and Cloud Connection
    • Process Automation between systems through Complex Workflow development in Cloud Platform Integration.
    • Working on SAP APIs for auto deployment and update CPI Artifacts.
    • Design build support and monitor CPI interfaces; develop Groovy Java XSL mappings EDI and XML communications Proxies interface definitions and XSDs.
    • Performance tuning and error handling in Cloud Platform.
    • Configure RFC SOAP REST IDOC with SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
    • Communicate between IBP and File System using SAP CPI Data Services. Development of Process and Tasks.
