The Strategic Assistant Commercial Strategy will serve as a key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and must be able to anticipate the needs of an executive and proactively address them. The role is accountable for administrative and project management support around strategic initiatives calendar management and digital communications (internal and external email presentation prep memo drafting). This role will build key relationships within the Commercial division and across the organization providing professional and timely communication and deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate strategy initiatives-
- Assist with special projects and initiatives across Sales Marketing and Commercial functions often acting as extension of executive to further work.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings including agendas and minutes and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Conduct research and gather information to support executives in making informed decisions.
- Coordinate and organize events conferences and retreats.
- Own complex calendar coordination-
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline the calendar prioritize executive time and maximize Exec time with the team to drive impact and results.
- Schedule meetings and arrange travel owning complex calendar coordination for the CCO and CEO.
- Assess and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries exercising judgement and discretion in handling requests and ensuring calendar is aligned with organization priorities.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address them ensuring their efficiency and productivity.
- Deliver excellence in digital communications-
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders building goodwill and relationships on behalf of the executive ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Prepare and edit email correspondence presentations memos and reports on behalf of Exec. Prepare review and send communication internally and externally on behalf of the executive.

Food Safety Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Strategic Assistant Chief of Staff Project Management Coordinator or Strategy Associate/Consultant in a high-growth company.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a relatedfield preferred but not required.
Experience with MS Project Asana or other project management software.
Experience within Go To Market (GTM) Sales Marketing Commercial Strategy or similar field preferred
Exceptional organizational attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; efficient typing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to successfully interact with all levels of the organization.
Maintains a high level of professional standards (honesty integrity demeanor confidentiality).
Adaptable resilient flexible fast-paced/sense of urgency and able to manage multiple priorities or deadlines.
