LOCATION AND START DATE

Position based in Suresnes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor day-to-day operations for an international portfolio of companies: incorporation of new entities approval of annual accounts registered office transfers appointments/changes of directors etc.
Carry out exceptional operations: mergers spin-offs universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP) partial asset contributions capital increases/reductions equity transactions dissolutions liquidations etc.
Contribute to the groups digital transformation by deploying and managing an internal tool designed to connect with legal advisors and share information.
Maintain and update corporate registers.
Carry out and follow up on legal formalities for the companies.
Manage relationships with the Legal Departments various service providers (formalities agents translators notaries embassies consulates etc.).

PROFILE

Experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position specializing in corporate law within an international environment.
Strong command of corporate governance procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive rigorous and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Proficiency in English required.
