The GROPYUS Design Team contributes to our mission by creating cutting-edge innovative and intuitive solutions for our internal and external products across various domains.

Were seeking a designer who is curious hands-on and eager to grow. Someone who thrives at the intersection of digital tools construction methods and human workflows and who wants to turn data insights and prototypes into solutions tested directly in the field.

In this role youll expand your responsibility and ownership working closely with expert engineers and a product manager who advocates for the user. Youll observe operations gather feedback and translate insights into design solutions that support both todays projects and tomorrows vision of autonomous construction.

What to expect:

• Take ownership of the design of your product.

• Advocate user-centered design approaches by running usability and concept testing with real users in live operations.

• Translate complex flows into clear tested design solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with design product management research and insights and engineering teams.

• Contribute to our GROPYUS Design Language System ensuring consistency as we develop new components and interaction models.

• Share your work openly give and receive feedback to foster a collaborative growth-oriented design culture.

What you bring:

Experience and Skills

• Degree in Product Interaction Visual Design related Design disciplines or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of proven product design experience ideally within a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
• Demonstratedexpertise in responsive digital design visual design principles and prototyping techniques.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools design systems and component libraries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Germanproficiency is a plus).
• A strong portfolioshowcasing high-quality UX/UI design work (see note below about Portfolio).
