1 years experience in internal medicine (IM) or related specialty
Post-acute care experience a plus but not required; candidates with internal medicine (IM) family medicine (FM)/primary care emergency medicine (EM) or related experience welcome to apply
Active and unrestricted Delaware license
Active and unrestricted Delaware DEA
