Position Title: Travel RN Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: New York NY 10016
Type: Contract Travel Assignment
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM (311.5-hour shifts per week)
Schedule: Approximately 34.5 hours/week
Travel Pay: Up to $3301/week

Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel RN Cardiac Cath Labfor an exciting job in New York NY.

Responsibilities

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures.
Prepare patients for procedures including IV insertion monitoring and hemodynamic assessment.
Administer and monitor conscious sedation in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all safety quality and regulatory standards.
Deliver exceptional patient care and provide education before during and after procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience (ICU or Cath Lab preferred).
Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills.
Proven experience administering and monitoring conscious sedation.
Ability to scrub and circulate in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.

Education and Certifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN or ADN) from an accredited program (required).
Active New York State RN License (in good standing).
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid).
License verification required through NYSED.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Advanced certifications in Cath Lab Nursing or Critical Care highly desirable.
