Policy Consultant (Science, Technology, Innovation, Green Economy)

• A Masters degree (or above) in a relevant field (e.g. public policy economics social sciences science and technology studies)
• At least three years relevant experience in consultancy research or policy analysis
• Proven ability to manage tasks work packages or small projects including client-facing responsibilities
• Strong command of both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods
• Ability to draft report chapters and deliverables to a professional standard in English
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Confidence in presenting complex information to specialist and non-specialist audiences
• Self-motivation intellectual curiosity and the ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary international teams
• Willingness to travel

Other desirable attributes include:

• Experience writing and contributing to proposals/tenders
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong oral communication skills

• Manage defined tasks or work packages within projects including planning delivery and client interaction
• Lead elements of data collection and analysis both qualitative and quantitative
• Draft report sections and contribute to final deliverables
• Support proposal preparation and business development activities
• Contribute to internal and external meetings representing Technopolis professionally
• Ensure high quality and timely delivery of assignments
