As a Local Travel Registered Nurse at Mobile Staffing you will be involved in a variety of projects across different healthcare facilities including hospitals clinics and long-term care centers. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support in accordance with the nursing care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations standards and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care conferences.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
