Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions through examinations medical histories and diagnostic tests.
Design and implement customized therapy programs to improve mobility strength balance and coordination.
Administer therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercise routines body mechanics and injury prevention.
Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians nurses and occupational therapists to coordinate comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records and reports in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Support patients in regaining independence following surgeries injuries or chronic conditions.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current and valid State of Arizona PT License (or eligibility for licensure).
Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care rehabilitation or long-term care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse patient populations.
Excellent critical thinking observation and problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in multitasking prioritizing and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and electronic health record systems.
