QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma and excellent command of the English Language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude/basic knowledge of computer operation
- Experience using Microsoft software e-mail and accessing the Internet
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to accomplish tasks with frequent interruptions
- Valid Michigan Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds and move equipment ability to climb and work on ladders
JOB GOAL: Tosupport level 1technology for students and staff.
SALARY: $15.39 per hour
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITES:
- *Assists in providing basic technical support.
- *Performs 1st level desktop laptop projectors interactive white boards peripheral devices voice systems and handheld computer hardware/software troubleshooting as directed.
- *Performs technical equipment setup as necessary.
- *Tracks and resolves technology tickets.
- *Attends monthly technology meeting.
- *Maintains buildingtechnology inventory.
- Assists the Building Technician with the installation/moves/changes of building Technology resources.
- Regular reliable and punctual attendance required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
