Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:$45 - $48/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Surgical Services Surgical Tech OR General for an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth MA.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients physical emotional and cognitive abilities through assessments and observations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to enhance functional skills and independence.
Utilize therapeutic exercises adaptive techniques and assistive devices to improve mobility and coordination.
Educate patients families and caregivers on strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per regulatory and facility standards.
Recommend home modifications adaptive tools and ergonomic solutions to enhance patient safety and functionality.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy (Masters preferred).
Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist License in the State of Arizona.
Strong communication organizational and patient-care skills.
