Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Lifeguard to join the team at Fraser Suites Doha. As a Lifeguard you will be responsible for providing customer service and enforcement of the facilities policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for the preparation cleanliness and supervision of assigned leisure facilities and provide assistance to all guests by promptly responding to requests offering guidance and attending to special needs.

What you will be doing as a Lifeguard:

• Verify guest access to facilities by checking identification and using control desk systems.
• Greet customers with a positive service-oriented attitude and provide information about recreation and other available programs.
• Assist guests with membership applications facility reservations and special event setup.
• Respond to emergencies implement procedures and intervene in disputes or unsafe behaviour.
• Collect and manage stocks ensure requisition requests are completed and authorized.
• Report all accidents and incidents to supervisors or the manager on duty.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning in activity areas ensuring safety and proper use of facilities.
• Safeguard personal belongings manage key holding duties and assist with internal and external service needs during events.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements including fire health and safety and licensing regulations.
• Supervise guest behaviour in and around the pool conduct daily equipment checks and support hotel policies and procedures.
