The Role:

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant youll develop the skills and confidence to:

- Build and nurture relationships with schools and educators

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to placing them in rewarding roles

- Achieve and exceed sales targets with professionalism and integrity

- Contribute to Zens mission of improving education outcomes across the UK

This is a fast-paced people-focused role that combines sales communication and a passion for making a difference in education.

Youll begin with an Assessment Day where well evaluate your strengths through group and individual activities. Shortlisted candidates will then progress to an interview stage before receiving an offer to join our January 2026 Trainee Cohort.
