How youll make an impact

As a Fullstack Engineer with a frontend focus youll build high-quality user-centred digital products for international public-sector clients. Youll work across the full lifecycle of software development from shaping ideas and UX concepts to implementation go-live and continuous improvement with a clear emphasis on creating excellent frontend experiences.

• Create user-centred solutions that matter - Successful software is built in close collaboration with users and clients. Youll develop a deep understanding of business domains and user needs translating complex requirements into intuitive accessible and performant interfaces. Working alongside product owners UX designers and backend engineers youll act as a trusted partner and proactively contribute ideas that create real value.

• Frontend excellence fullstack mindset - Your main strength lies in modern frontend development with React and its ecosystem. You care deeply about clean component architecture usability performance accessibility and maintainable code. At the same time youre comfortable working across the stack: collaborating on backend services (e.g. Java) understanding APIs data models and system behaviour and contributing where needed. We actively embrace GenAI-augmented development and are at the forefront of using tools like GitHub Copilot to support developer productivity creativity and learning.

• Grow through collaboration and ownership - Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team of experienced frontend developers fullstack engineers and architects. Through daily collaboration and knowledge exchange youll continuously grow your skills. We support your individual career path with targeted training mentoring and increasing responsibility in projects. What is important to us

• With your university degree in computer science you have acquired valuable knowledge in modern software engineering.

• You have practical hands-on experience with React and Java.

• You have a DevOps mindset and understand high code quality and automated testing as crucial.

• You speak fluent English.

• You are ready to travel to clients in countries like Switzerland and Germany for a few days a month.
