Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Call Center Representativefor an exciting job in New York NY.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally
Provide assistance with inquiries complaints and technical support
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions
Listen actively to identify needs and offer appropriate solutions
Support other administrative or operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hospital or healthcare call center environment
Additional Experience: 1 year providing call center support related to payroll or timekeeping
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred: Bilingual proficiency (based on facility needs)
