The Senior Manager Global Product Marketing Chemistry & Immunoassay Solutions is business critical role responsible for the global product commercialization strategy and post launch campaign development and execution for our chemistry and immunoassay product lines. At Beckman Coulter our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare one diagnosis at a time.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Develop global marketing strategy and build compelling value propositions for Beckman Coulters clinical chemistry and immunoassay solutions (CC/IA) with the end goal of upholding positioning driving product adoption and attachment rates and growing product revenue.

• Lead campaign development and strategic initiatives as part of the Global Product Marketing Plan through collaboration across cross-functional teams including Product Management and Regional Marketing to generate product claims matrix forecasts evidence plans thought leadership initiatives global campaigns sales training tools and collateral.
• Cultivate partnerships with key experts to support the elevation of product/solution/disease state thought leadership
• Use customer market and business insights to find opportunities for campaign optimizations that allow us to differentiate our products in the marketplace grow product revenue and move healthcare forward.
• Develop expertise on customer buying criteria market segmentation and the competition to build strategies that win in the market and best position the business.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors Degree in field with 14 years or masters degree with 12 years or doctoral degree with 9 years.
• In-depth understanding of the Hospital Lab environment and hospital lab stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the IVD industry encompassing marketing product launch and commercial practices.
• Demonstrates adeptness in communication and influencing across all organizational levels.
• 25-35% required travel to support business activities ability to travel internationally.
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Sales Marketing or Product Management expertise in chemistry or immunoassay products.

In-person preferably Chaska MN or Brea CA may be remote for qualified candidates.

The salary range for this role is $145000 - $185000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
