Meet your future team
You will be joining our IT Operational Excellence team of six which is part of our global IT function. The team is located across multiple sites bringing together senior experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Operational Excellence is a dedicated cross-functional group managing Delivery Excellence Service Integration across service providers ITSM processes and tooling and Software Asset Management.
You will be teaming up with our Licence Manager focusing on ensuring transparency compliance and cost-efficiency in our software landscape. You will work closely with colleagues and vendors across IT procurement and finance and collaborate in a structured yet informal environment where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are key.
As our new Data Analyst you will play an important role in supporting data-driven decisions and helping us optimise our complex software licence portfolio.
What we offer

More specifically your tasks will be to:
- Collect and analyse data from systems such as Snow License Manager LeanIX MS SCCM/Intune and ServiceNow.
- Monitor software usage and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support license compliance and audit readiness.
- Create dashboards and reports to visualise trends and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve license governance and cost control.
What you will bring
We are looking for someone who is curious analytical and eager to learn. This is an entry-level position so we do not expect you to know everything - but we do expect you to be motivated and ready to grow.
Moreover we expect that you:
- Hold a degree in Data Science Business Intelligence IT or a related field.
- Have a strong interest in data analysis.
- Are familiar with data presentation tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
- Communicate professionally in English both written and spoken
