What can you expect in a Sales Analyst Lead role with TaskUs:
Think of yourself as someone who will need to understand what the business should be focusing on based on the data you gather from Salesforce Pardot and other revenue tracking apps to perform business analysis and data comparisons create spreadsheets based on Salesforce data and make recommendations based on the best-case scenarios of the data youve analyzed while also leveraging the market insights available through the BizDev and Marketing team so not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best after all we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top-notch. Now we need your full concentration because its time to imagine what its like being a Sales Operations Lead.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you are responsible for the collection and analysis of sales data for both prospects and clients for sales productivity and customer satisfaction because it will enable performance reviews and problem resolution. You will be creating pivot tables in spreadsheets for analysis and comparison of sales and revenue data for both new logos and existing accounts. This will include creating presentations for data visualization. This analysis will be performed weekly monthly and quarterly including creating Board of Directors quarterly reports with analysis for review. You will document observations and recommendations on the data and perform trend analysis on revenue margin and sales activities for both new logo and existing results and recommendations will be presented and discussed on a consistent basis with the management teams of both areas so you will have to have good communication and presentation skills. It is equally important that youre able to derive recommendations from market insight and forecast trends to make sure your sales data is anchored on reality. Also you will be working with cross-functional teams i.e. Sales Bizdev Marketing Client Services Consulting etc. to set goals and targets based on the data set youve mined in Salesforce and Pardot. As you tackle your new tasks for the day you know that it comes down to one thing: that knowledge of the sales and account management functions are important along with business and data analysis for trend reporting and projected outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of sales and operations strategy understand priorities and track progress;
Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking process improvement system enhancements and best practice sharing;
Engage and work with aligned sales account management and operations teams to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results;
Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate drive projects to completion with minimal guidance;
Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers;
Assist the sales operations manager in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales and account management teams performance;
Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams;
Work closely with our sales and account management teams
Required Qualifications:
Has at least 5 years of experience in a relevant position along with direct or indirect management experience.
Someone who has the ability to understand create and deliver top-quality audience-appropriate communication.
A data-driven person who can build spreadsheets and dashboards using Salesforce and financial data.
We need someone who is a motivated professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced fun environment.
Has excel and data management skills including pivot tables.
Has strong analytical skills and has attention to detail.
Someone who can develop reporting out of Salesforce and Pardot.
Technology-savvy preferably in the contact center customer service or analytics technology.
Self-motivated and has a professional attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess good decision-making skills organized and detail-oriented.
With the knowledge of the ff: sales and account management process using computers and Google Suite and a strong familiarity with metrics such as Bookings Close Rate Industry Booking Analysis Escalations Competitive Analysis Quota Setting Net Growth Downgrades Renewals & Cancellations Quality of Accounts Marketing Campaign effectiveness.
Excellent analytical reporting data manipulation dashboard creation and business intelligence skills.
