What Youll Do:
- Prepare arrange fit and assemble a variety of materials (stainless nickel alloy Hast-X) and components using tig welding processes and procedures
- Strong assessment of weld parameter inputs with the ability to make adjustments during welding
- Interpret and execute production using drawings and blueprints
- Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a timely manner after completing work orders
- Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers calipers and CMMs.
- Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing safety and productivity.
- Take ownership of compliance safety quality and efficiency.
- Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g. serial number) log time and look up work instructions
- Utilize work instructions set-up sheets fixtures and method documents to correctly set up parts to be welded
- Ability to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work occasional weekend shifts with or without reasonable accommodation
What youll bring:
- Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited welding program OR 1 year of industrial TIG welding experience.
- Technical Proficiency:Ability to read blueprints perform shop math and use precision measurement equipment. Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding and able to pass a 6G weld test on Stainless.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work 1st shift (6 AM 2:30 PM M-F) and overtime when needed.

Tig Welder:
Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $24.85 - $37.27 an hour. This posting is expected to close on Nov 17th 2025.
