What will you do

• Supervise daily operations of a call center team ensuring compliance with organizational policies and performance standards

• Coach and support team members to achieve individual and team goals

• Monitor performance implement improvement plans and take corrective actions when necessary

• Handle escalated customer calls and provide subject matter expertise

• Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate effective communication

• Stay updated on internal processes policies and procedures

• Promote company values and create a motivating team environment

Candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Team Leader

• Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage

• Fluency in Danish (C2) and English (B2 or higher)

• Strong leadership coaching and motivational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule MondaySunday between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm from the Warsaw office
