Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to drive the expansion of Diligents partner ecosystem across the DACH region (Germany Austria Switzerland).

This is a strategic high-impact role for an entrepreneurial self-driven professional who can identify recruit and develop strategic partnerships that accelerate Diligents growth in the region. The ideal candidate combines business development acumen GRC or cybersecurity market expertise and a deep understanding of referral and reseller models.

You will act as the regional owner for partner strategy and execution collaborating closely with direct sales marketing and enablement teams to build a scalable high-performing channel network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Diligents DACH partner strategy to drive new revenue through channel and alliance relationships.
  • Identify recruit and onboard new partners including VARs MSPs GSIs and advisory firms to expand Diligents reach and coverage.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners driving engagement joint pipeline development and revenue contribution.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements ensuring long-term alignment and mutual value creation.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives and partner campaigns.
  • Deliver enablement programs to ensure partners are trained motivated and capable of representing Diligents value proposition effectively.
  • Track partner performance using CRM and analytics tools providing regular pipeline and performance reporting.
  • Represent Diligent at industry events conferences and partner forums across the DACH region.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7 years of experience in partner sales alliances or business development ideally within GRC cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven success in building partner ecosystems from the ground up from recruitment through to enablement and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of referral reseller and managed service models in the enterprise software space.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with executive-level stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset resourceful proactive and driven to build rather than inherit.
  • Experience collaborating with direct sales teams to drive joint go-to-market outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English (fluent proficiency required).
  • Based in Munich or within commuting distance; willingness to travel across the DACH region (approx. 2535%).
