What Youll Do

As a Floating MSR1 youll be the welcoming face of OURCU wherever you go supporting multiple branches (primarily Elma Montesano and McCleary). Youll assist members with everyday financial transactions provide friendly and accurate service and help deliver OURCUs People Helping People philosophy in every interaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver professional efficient teller services (deposits withdrawals payments cashiers checks)
• Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies
• Assist members with account questions updates and transactions
• Recommend OURCU products and services that meet members needs
• Protect member information and maintain confidentiality
• Travel between branches for coverage training and team collaboration
• Contribute to a positive supportive branch environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6 months2 years of customer or member service experience (cash handling preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
• Strong communication math and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Bilingual skills a plus

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay: $17.68$21.00 per hour (DOE)
• Full-time in-person position based in Elma serving the Grays Harbor area
• Schedule: MondayThursday 8:45 a.m.5:45 p.m. Friday 9:15 a.m.-6:15 p.m.
