Job Summary
Position Title: Registered Nurse Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Cleveland OH 44195
Shift: 3x12-Hour (Days or Nights)
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $62 $64 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Med/Surg Telemetryfor an exciting job in Cleveland OH.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on Med/Surg Telemetry units.
Monitor interpret and accurately document cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
Administer medications safely and perform thorough patient assessments.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to all hospital protocols infection control standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License (must be in hand).
Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience as a permanent staff nurse.
Valid AHA BLS ACLS and NIHSS certifications.
Ability to successfully complete ECG rhythm interpretation and SafeMedicate testing during orientation.
Preferred:
Prior travel nursing experience in large hospital systems.
Strong clinical judgment communication and critical thinking skills.
