Location: Florida (Multiple Locations)

Overview:
A leading nationally recognized healthcare system is seeking an experienced Director of Postpartum to lead its Mother-Baby/Postpartum services across a high-performing acute care hospital. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for postpartum/mother-baby services
Oversee staffing patient flow and performance metrics to ensure quality outcomes
Partner with Labor & Delivery and NICU leadership for seamless care transitions
Drive implementation of evidence-based maternal-child health practices
Ensure compliance with regulatory and patient safety standards
Manage departmental budgets resources and staff development initiatives
Qualifications:
Active RN license (compact or Florida eligible)
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in postpartum or womens services
Bachelors degree in Nursing required; Masters degree preferred
Strong track record of delivering safe patient-centered family-focused care
