The Concierge at TheAvaline at River Oaksis the first point of contact and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents guests and staff members. This individual will serve as the face of the community and will assist with various tasks and requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Our Concierge is a professional specialized in customer service. You must have a positive and professional appearance and enjoy talking with people. Duties include supporting the Executive Director with projects and clerical services answer phone calls emails and other messages record incoming and outgoing deliveries listen to guests concerns and report to the Executive Director strong written and verbal communication skills requires a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel welcome. The Concierge will report directly to the Executive Director and will work full-time hourly at our assisted living community in East Memphis.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents guests and staff members
- Greet and warmly welcome visitors and guide them to their destination
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the facilitys front desk and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Coordinate transportation services for residents as needed
- Assist with organizing and planning resident events and activities
- Handle resident inquiries requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a working knowledge of the facilitys services amenities and policies
- Keep track of packages and deliveries for residents and staff members
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have a friendly and positive attitude
