How will you make an impact in this role
The CEN Nordic Disputes Team is a small but happy team of experts. We take on our super hero cape to help Customers who might have been debited incorrectly or not. A Customer who raise a disputed transactions are helped in our team. We strive to deliver an investigation a resolution an explanation and increased Customer Satisfaction within set and expected time frames.
Are you the one who will help us solve mysteries We are looking for a Team Player who is structured and can communicate well both to Customers but also internally.
In our team were ready to help each other out you will not be one of those who has just one thing to do we aim to be flexible and help where we can so prepare to learn and have various daily tasks!
