Were now looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team in Brighton & Hove Recovery Service.

As one of our Lead Nurses youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across our Brighton & Hove Recovery service.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range: 44471..23*

Contract: Permanent

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

About the Role

As one of our Lead Nurses youll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across our Brighton & Hove Recovery service.

Youll jointly lead a team of skilled nurses and health professionals fostering a culture of safety compassion and continuous learning. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to support people in their recovery journey helping them to achieve positive lasting change.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team.
• Leading on the delivery of clinical health and wellbeing interventions.
• Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit learning and reflection.
• Supporting the development of staff and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
• Working collaboratively across hubs community sites and partner organisations.
• No two days are the same but each one will make a difference.

• Experience of leading clinical teams and delivering high standards of care.
• A person-centred whole-person approach to health and wellbeing.
• The ability to remain calm curious and compassionate in fast-paced environments.
• A desire to learn grow and share knowledge with others.
• Youll be confident clinically robust and motivated by seeing people thrive both your patients and your colleagues.
