Job Summary
URGENT NEED - CNA / Caregiver / Home Health Aide - Bluffton Okatie Beaufort and Hilton Head Island Areas
BrightStar Care of Hilton Head is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide to join our team. As a CNA caregiver home health aide you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with activities of daily living to improve the quality of life for our clients in theBluffton Okatie Hilton Head IslandSouth Carolina area.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing grooming and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs when needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Assist with medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Transportation to and from medicalappointments errands grocery store etc.
Requirements:
- 1 Year documented experience as a caregiver or home health aide or CNA in a Nursing Home or Accredited Home Health Agency
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Reliable transportation
