- Client Platforms Experience with Client Online Advisor Desktop and Client Associate Servicing Portal platforms including workflow and operations support.
- Program Leadership Proven track record of working on complex programs involving CRM systems account onboarding e-delivery consent and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with advisors operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of business rules and client servicing enhancements.
Skills Qualifications
- Technical Acumen Familiarity with platforms like D365 Salesforce Portfolio Analytics and data modeling tools. Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Certifications
