About Enterprise Management Solutions

This role supports a U.S. property-management client seeking growth in rental community contracts leasing packages and resident service programs.
Position Overview
TheProject Sales Consultantis responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities for EMSs client company.
Working under the direction of theChief Marketing Officer this role combines sales client consultation and preconstruction coordination to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to contract signing.
The Consultant meets with homeowners investors and business clients to understand project goals develop clear scopes of work present proposals and close sales.
Once projects are sold the Consultant coordinates closely with the client companysOperations ManagerEstimator andField Teamto ensure a successful transition into execution.
This is a key position that directly impacts revenue growth client satisfaction and the long-term success of EMSs construction portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate project scope budget and desired outcomes.
- Present company capabilities and service offerings with a consultative solution-oriented approach.
- Prepare review and deliver proposals and estimates in collaboration with the clients Estimator and Operations Manager.
- Negotiate pricing timelines and contract terms within company guidelines.
- Secure signed contracts deposits and ensure proper project setup and documentation.
Preconstruction Coordination
- Ensure all project details are communicated clearly to operations and scheduling teams.
- Confirm material selections finishes and specifications before project handoff.
- Assist with identifying permit or design requirements early in the sales cycle.
- Maintain organized records in CRM and ensure all project data is complete and accurate.
Collaboration with EMS Leadership
- Work closely with EMSsChief Marketing Officerto align marketing efforts and lead generation with sales goals.
- Provide insight and feedback on market conditions pricing trends and client behaviors.
- Participate in sales and operations meetings to track progress share updates and ensure performance goals are met.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Manage incoming leads through EMSs CRM system; maintain timely follow-up and detailed notes.
- Track and report weekly on key metrics: leads received proposals issued contracts closed and revenue generated.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Experience:35 years of sales estimating or client management experience in construction home improvement or related services.
- Knowledge:Working understanding of building systems materials and renovation processes.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation ability
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Organized detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient with CRM systems Microsoft 365 and estimating software
- Education:Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Construction Management preferred (or equivalent field experience).
- Other Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary:$45000 $60000 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission:25% of closed contract value (tiered by project profitability and size)
- Performance Bonuses:Quarterly incentives for exceeding revenue or close-rate targets
- Estimated Annual Earnings:$80000 $120000 (base commission bonuses)
