Job Summary
Make a real impact as a KS4 Core Subjects Tutor.
Are you a passionate educator making a difference in the lives of students We are looking for experienced and dedicated tutors in the Welshpool area to join our tutor database. Youll provide personalised 1:1 support in Maths English & Science for KS4 students. These in-person sessions offer the chance to work closely with students helping them build skills and confidence in a supportive and tailored learning environment.

- Day(s): Monday - Friday // Flexible
- Time(s): During school hours
- Subject and Level: KS4 Maths English and/or Science
- Start date: Throughout the academic year
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tuition programmes in small groups or 1:1
- Provide tuition that is appropriate for the individuals/groups needs and study level.
- Assessing any barriers to students learning and working to overcome these.
- Monitoring student progress and producing reports.
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum content and qualification frameworks youre providing subject tuition in.
- Regularly reporting updates to the Tuition Programmes Manager.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have:
- 1 years of tutoring / teaching experience
- Experience working with students with SEN Needs is preferred
- Ability to work with students of all abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Right to be self employed in the UK
