Job Summary
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Plan and prepare proposals for Digital Transformation solutions ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Digital Transformation concepts functions and relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Proposal and Sales teams to interpret customer needs and design appropriate solution offerings.
- Work with Proposal and Engineering teams to leverage existing knowledge tools and reference solutions for efficient proposal preparation.
- Identify solution requirements gaps and challenges and recommend optimal approaches to address them.
- Work independently with minimal supervision demonstrating accountability and initiative in proposal execution.
- Coordinate with Engineering Marketing Proposal and Sales functions to gather technical and commercial inputs for proposal development.
- Utilize and continuously improve proficiency in standard organizational tools and templates for proposal generation.
- Adhere to all organizational values processes and quality standards throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Who You Are:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a good understanding of Digital Transformation solutions. You excel at aligning technical proposals with customer needs and organizational goals. Collaborative by nature you work effectively across teams demonstrate initiative and accountability and consistently deliver high-quality timely proposals with minimal supervision.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Good Knowledge of Power Plant processes.
- Ability to quickly grasp and apply Digital Transformation concepts and technologies.
- Proficiency in English Speaking is required
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Power Plant Engineering with 2 or 8 years of experience with Proposals or Projects.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Working proficiency with MS Excel Word PPT PDF etc.
- Strong organizational skills
