Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented technician with passion for precision and quality Do you want to be part of a company that is growing If so we are looking for you to join our skilled Filling Team.
You will be part of a small but crucial team of five dedicated technicians. Our filling team plays a vital role in the final steps of our production process ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before reaching our customers. We pride ourselves on our close-knit supportive environment where teamwork and collaboration are key to our success.
Your Responsibilities
The team is part of the Microbial Manufacturing Department and the main task is bulk filling operations in class A as well as freezing and storage of filled API.
Plan and prepare filling activities and execute the filling process ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for storage of API including duty phone coverage.
Review Manufacturing Process Records Logbooks and Facility Monitoring Systems.
Collaborating with the team to optimize production process.
Work with Quality Assurance Quality Control Warehouse and other stakeholders to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
Knowledge and competences
The ideal candidate has the following experience and competencies:
Experience with bulk filling operations is an advantage.
Experience working in Grade A and B cleanroom environments is an advantage.
GMP experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Is flexible open for last minute change and contributes positively to the challenges.
Excellent collaboration- and communication skills.
Fluent in writing and speaking English.

However as we are the final step in the production process flexibility is essential. You must be prepared to work evenings and weekends as needed to ensure timely production.
