Description of the Role
As a Home Care Kinnser Intake Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the intake process for new patients. This includes verifying insurance obtaining necessary medical documentation and ensuring a smooth transition to home care services.
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance coverage for new patients
- Collect and review medical documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless intake process
- Enter patient information into the Kinnser system accurately
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare intake coordination
- Proficiency in using the Kinnser system
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes
Benefits
Compensation for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour paid addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
