RWC Group is growing and were looking for an experiencedHeavy-Duty Technicianwith advanceddiagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesto join our team. If youre passionate about solving complex problems delivering top-quality repairs and helping customers stay on the road we want to talk to you.
What Youll Do
Perform advanced diagnostics onInternational Cummins and all-makesequipment.
Troubleshoot electrical aftertreatment and engine control systems using OEM software.
Accurately document findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with Service Advisors and Managers to ensure fast accurate repairs.
Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For
2 yearsof heavy-duty truck repair experience.
Proven diagnostic experience withCummins Insite NavKal and related OEM tools.
Strong understanding ofelectrical schematics aftertreatment systems and drivability issues.
CDL preferred (or willing to obtain).
A positive attitude attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right.
