Location: Leesburg VA 20176
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:45 AM 3:15 PM
Contract Duration: 32 Weeks
Pay Rate: $25 $28/hour

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicianfor an exciting job in Leesburg VA.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized BIPs as directed and supervised by the BCBA.
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
Accurately record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes.
Assist in developing and reinforcing positive behavioral strategies.
Support students in learning new academic social and functional skills.
Collaborate with teachers staff and families to ensure consistent care.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set by the BACB.
Participate in required supervision training and team meetings.
Comply with all school policies safety standards and program procedures.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication observation and documentation skills.
