Sales Territory: Nashville TN

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: ***Base Salary Lucrative Uncapped Commission Potential***

Base Salary: $60000 Lucrative Uncapped Commission Structure

  • Average Commission Year One: $20000 - $35000

  • Average Commission Year Two: $45000 - $85000

Combo BDM CDM position retains and grows current customers and to improve the profitability of current accounts as well as to develop profitable new customer business and meet or exceed assigned quotas for revenue and new accounts. The CDM Combo will have responsibility for assigned accounts in the CBU to focus management attention on the retention and satisfaction of current accounts as well as the responsibility to develop profitable new customer business within their assigned sales territory.

Essential Functions

  • Educate and develop the customers interests in addition to Ryder services (Full Service Lease Programmed Maintenance Lease Financing Fleet Management Services and Dedicated Contract Carriage)

  • Educate and develop the prospects value perception of Ryder services by using the Ryder Sales Process

  • Develop sales plans analyzes the profitability of accounts fully understanding the competitive influences and risks within each account


Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required in Business and/or marketing or equivalent experience

  • Five (5) years or more demonstrated consecutive Sales Excellence (quota achievement) in prior sales responsibilities required
