Job DescriptionInfosys is looking for Service Assurance solution Designer/Architect who should be able to interact effectively with Customers business stakeholders and product owners to understand solutions and challenges in complete Telecom Service assurance area and effectively discuss about possible solutions. Define the high and low level solution architecture and impacts on various capabilities covering complete OSS.
Required- 12 years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of e2e solution design
- Experienced in the areas of OSS architecture design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements within Service Assurance
- Understanding on telecom OSS with experience in standard design tools Design Patterns UML BPMN SOA etc.
- Experience in designing on Service Fulfilment Assurance Inventory Activation Middleware Interfaces (one or many) at telecom projects and rollout
- Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices like eTOM TNA SID ITIL IEEE etc
- Understand the overall OSS/BSS landscape with entire application stack.
- Knowledge of web APIs SOAP REST architecture
- Should possess lead qualities and must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goals
- Should have experience in defining the process business requirements and system requirements in areas of Telecom service assurance process.
- Should be able to prepare analyses and review proposals from internal teams be able to provide appropriate solutions to problems and make day-to-day decisions to run the client projects
- Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business SI partners and System owners to understand capture finalize and sign off requirements
- Analyze the problem faced by the customer participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
- Should be able to groom the team members
- Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. He should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
