Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant Forest Lake Tavern Allround Hospitality Superstar!
Forest Lake Tavern is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be flexible and capable of working across all areas of the venue including the sports bar bistro and gaming lounge. Youll deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining our high standards. Shifts will include mornings evenings and weekends so availability across a variety of times is essential.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and hold current RSA and RSG certificates for all roles. If youre passionate about hospitality and enjoy working as part of a friendly professional team wed love to hear from you!
A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guests day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up youll be on the front lines making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications :
About you:
Youre a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
Youre a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You must have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset. (RCG a bonus but willing to obtain will also work!)
