Job Description:
Position Overview:L. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Analytics Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer analytics data-driven marketing strategies and business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends patterns and insights that drive corporate strategies including merchandising inventory planning finance eCommerce retail and more.
Reporting:Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.
Market Research:Conduct market research to understand customer behavior preferences and market trends.
Campaign Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to support the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns.
Data Management:Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation tasks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with various departments including marketing sales and IT to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Business Data Science Statistics or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with data analysis software (e.g. R Python) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and familiarity with PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Passion for outdoor activities and alignment with L. mission and values.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office systems preferred
